    📢 Collaboration with NIKKI for contribution collection.

    The board has decided to professionalise the collection of membership fees. Therefore, we are working together with NIKKI. NIKKI supports our club by collecting and processing the membership contributions.

    ✅ How does it work?

    • You will receive an iDEAL payment link from NIKKI by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

    • You can pay your contribution in full or in monthly instalments.

    • In the first email you will receive:

      • A payment link for the full contribution amount.

      • A payment link for the first instalment if you prefer to pay in instalments.

    NIKKI follows the rules and agreements we have set as a club and acts as a support, not a replacement.

    💡 Important

    If you have not received a message from NIKKI at the start of the new season, please send an email to: contributie@nikki.nl

    Always include:

    • Name of the member

    • Postal address

    • Email address and phone number

    • The name of your club

    NIKKI works for multiple sports clubs, so these details are necessary.

    📅 Payment in instalments

    If you choose to pay in instalments:

    • service fee will be charged: 10% of your contribution, with a maximum of €19 per member, per season.

    • These service fees will be added to your contribution and spread over the monthly payments.

    💶 Third-party reimbursements

    Do you make use of a (municipal) reimbursement to pay your contribution?

    • You must apply for this yourself in time with your contact person or mediator.

    • Also inform NIKKI of this arrangement.

    • If there is any remaining amount after the reimbursement, NIKKI may contact you about this.

    ⚠️ Important agreements

    • If desired, you can also pay directly to NIKKI’s bank account (request this via contributie@nikki.nl).

    • All communication about your membership payment is handled by NIKKI. Please send your questions or requests by email or phone.

    • The club cannot accept any cash payments during the season.

    • If the membership fee is not paid on time, a debt collection agency may be engaged. Of course, we trust this will not be necessary.
